In 2011 and 2012, the US Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Infant & Young Child Nutrition Project assisted the Ministry of Health in creating a new national monitoring and evaluation system and a logic framework to monitor outcomes and outputs of a national strategy to combat malnutrition.
